4. Rental Terms and Conditions
- Written contract: No paper contract is provided. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) serve as the contractual framework and must be accepted during booking.
- Security deposit: No security deposit is required. However, a bank card imprint is taken upon check-in.
- Payment terms: Payment in full, before entering the accommodation, by credit card or bank transfer.
- Additional fees: Cleaning fees upon departure and other mandatory fees are included in the rate. Tourist tax may be applied according to local regulations.
- Cancellation / refund: Cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in the GTC, available online.
5. Liability
The website publisher makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of published information. However, it cannot be held responsible for:
- any errors, omissions or inaccuracies;
- website interruption (maintenance, technical failure, etc.);
- any material or immaterial damage related to the use of the website.
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation during their stay, in accordance with the GTC. The bank card imprint may be used to cover any damage to the accommodation or its furnishings.

The website may contain:
- links to third-party websites, for which the website publisher is not responsible;
- affiliate or sponsored links.
These links may generate a commission at no additional cost to the user. This compensation does not influence the selection or presentation of the proposed links.

- publish only reviews actually issued by people who have stayed in the accommodation;
